Rachel Tyne
Your Facilitator
Rachel Tyne brings both lived experience and professional expertise to the Embodied Resilience program. With over 20 years of personal practice and more than a decade teaching yoga, meditation, and breathwork, Rachel has spent many years exploring how body, breath, and attention practices support resilience and emotional balance.
Having navigated deep grief and other significant life challenges, these practices have been more than theory — they have been tools she has relied on and tested in real life.
Alongside this work, Rachel has a professional background as a Project Manager and Graphic Designer, giving her a clear understanding of the pressures of modern workplaces — tight deadlines, competing priorities, and the importance of strong team relationships.
This combination of lived experience, teaching, and corporate insight shapes Rachel’s practical approach: helping individuals learn simple tools to regulate stress, stay focused, and feel more balanced in everyday work life.
