Our Practice

Nada Yoga: Sound, Breath and Movement

Solsonica creates immersive yoga and live music experiences grounded in the tradition of Nada Yoga — the yoga of sound and vibration.

Rather than treating sound as a passive healing modality, we work with live, responsive music and embodied movement to create experiences of deep listening, presence, and integration. Our sessions weave mindful yoga, breath awareness, and live musical performance using guitar with loops, bamboo and North American flutes, crystal singing bowls, chimes, and percussion.

Sound and movement are held as equal partners — supporting regulation, awareness, and connection through direct experience. Each offering is designed as a complete journey, inviting participants into an active relationship with sound, body, and breath.

At the heart of our work is the belief that collective wellbeing begins with self-attunement — learning to listen inwardly, move with intention, and respond to the moment with clarity.

January Yoga Sound Journey

True North is a gentle yoga and sound journey designed to support the cultivation of sankalpa — a quiet, steady orientation of the heart and mind.

Rather than striving or goal-setting, this practice invites deep listening and reconnection with what feels true beneath the noise of daily life. Through slow, flowing yoga accompanied by live sound, the body and nervous system are guided into ease and presence.

The session unfolds into meditation and deep listening, allowing sankalpa to emerge naturally as a felt sense of direction. A full sound journey closes the practice, offering time for rest, integration, and quiet re-alignment.
