March Yoga, Meditation & Sound Journey
Everything moves — thoughts, emotions, energy. In this two-hour immersive workshop, we explore the teaching: “You are the sky — everything else is the weather.”
Begin with grounded, breath-led yoga to build steadiness and presence. Move into a guided meditation observing thoughts, emotions, and sensations as passing weather, while awareness remains steady.
The experience unfolds into a layered sound journey: harmonium in 432hz, handpan, buffalo drum, didgeridoo, crystal bowls, ocean drum, rain, nature sounds, and guitar loops. Calm, intensity, and release illustrate impermanence, showing how every internal storm eventually passes.
This is about direct experience — feeling change move through you while the sky of awareness remains constant.

Bali Resonance: Yoga and Sound Retreat October
Step into a week of deep connection, restoration, and inner alignment at our tropical retreat in Bali. Through daily yoga, breathwork, meditation, and sound immersion, you’ll release tension, reconnect with your body, and explore the resonance of mind, heart, and spirit.
Enjoy vegetarian meals, serene spaces, and guided practices designed to nourish and restore. Move, breathe, and immerse yourself in music, crystal bowls, harmonium, and sound journeys that support healing and presence.
This retreat is a chance to pause, recharge, and realign — leaving space for clarity, calm, and inspiration.
2026 Yoga & Sound Journey Workshops
A year-long series of immersive workshops blending sound, movement and meditation. Explore a variety of yoga styles — from flowing sequences to restorative Yin — alongside meditation practices inspired by the elements, Tibetan Buddhism, and yogic philosophy. Themes include compassion, dream yoga, Santosha, and more, creating a space to reconnect, rest deeply, and cultivate presence.
The last Saturday of every month 2:30-4:30pm at The Yoga School Manoora, Cairns. Starting 30th January.

Solsonica offers sound, yoga, and mindfulness experiences for private sessions, workshops, retreats, events, and conferences.
Sound Immersions – Live, responsive music in the tradition of Nada Yoga, featuring crystal bowls, flutes, handpan, guitar, and looping, designed to engage body, breath, and presence.
Private Sessions – Personalised yoga, breath, and sound practice tailored to support energy, awareness, and embodiment.
Yoga & Sound Workshops – Flow, Yin, meditation, and breathwork integrated with live music, exploring how movement and sound can be practiced intelligently for each participant.
We also collaborate with hotels, festivals, community groups, and wellness operators.

Weekly Yoga Classes
Regular yoga classes are held at SOL Yoga Sanctuary, upstairs at Cairns Total Physio, Westcourt Cairns. FREE Yoga classes through the Councils Active Living program.

The Sound Room
THURSDAYS 7:15PM (FORTNIGHTLY)
A live, slow, spacious sound immersion to ease you out of the week and into deep rest. Crystal bowls, chimes, didgeridoo, guitar, live looping, drum, rainstick and ocean drum weave together to create a rich, atmospheric sound journey. You’ll simply lie down for an hour and receive the sound — no yoga, no movement, and no experience required. A minimalist, restorative session designed to settle the nervous system and invite quiet, grounding stillness.
The Mantra Room
THURSDAYS 7:15PM (ALTERNATING FORTNIGHTS - DONATION BASED)
An uplifting, high-vibration evening of mantra, rhythm and melodic sound. No singing experience required — simply tune into the music, sing the mantras, move if you feel called, and let the energy build. These sessions are dynamic and heart-opening, with the collective voice creating a powerful sense of joy, connection and rising group energy.
Monthly Yoga Workshops
2ND SATURDAY OF THE MONTH
A series of hands-on workshops designed to help you go deeper in your own practice or learn a new aspect of yoga. Each month focuses on a different theme — from meditation and pranayama to how to set up a home practice, safely explore backbends, understand your Ayurvedic dosha, and more.
These sessions include guided practice, discussion, and worksheets you’ll complete and take home to support your ongoing learning. A practical, empowering way to expand your yoga knowledge and build confidence in your personal practice.
